Vegan – Low fat
Choose from these ingredients:
-perry -green beans
-salad -spices (rosemary, parsley, coriander, chive…)
No salt, no fat, nous starchy vegetables!
1/ Cut vegetables, put them in water and cook them. Once they’re cooked, drain the water, put back and cook again.
2/ Repeat the operation 3 times to remove all minerals and keep only the fibers.
3/ Mix to reduce pureed vegetables.
4/ Serve warm and taste immediately.
